This apartment offers a unique atmosphere combining old-world charm and everyday comfort, with exposed beams and a warm atmosphere under the eaves.

The living area is centered around a cozy living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, and a pleasant dining area, ideal for sharing moments together after a day of exploring Paris. The exposed beams reinforce the cozy and authentic character of the place.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped for everyday use: stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, as well as everything you need to cook on site with ease.

The sleeping area consists of three separate bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each offers a quiet space conducive to rest, well separated from the living areas.

The bathroom has a bathtub, vanity unit, and built-in toilet.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light and settle in immediately.

* The apartment is under the roof. The ceilings are low, with exposed beams and many sloping sections, and you need to watch your head when moving around. In the bathroom, you shower in the bathtub under this low ceiling, which is uncomfortable for tall guests or guests with limited mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 17th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from La Fourche metro station, in a 39 m² (420 sq ft) apartment full of character, with comfortable beds and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal; you have access to the entire apartment.
