Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, secure building with elevator, the apartment offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay:

Living room: A welcoming space with a queen-size sofa bed, a TV and a large dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A welcome kit is provided with tea, coffee and sugar...

Bedrooms :
- 1 suite with private bathroom-WC.
- 2 bedrooms (one with TV screen) with double bed and desk. Quality bedding and linen.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilets: Two WCs located in the bathrooms.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: Animals and parties are not permitted in the apartment, which is also non-smoking.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves, from late spring to early September, the indoor temperature rises quickly and air circulates poorly, which makes nights uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The building is on a very busy street in the 2nd arrondissement. During the day, delivery riders gather by the entrance and under the windows, and the street can be heard as soon as the windows are open. The metro can also be heard passing inside, which may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol metro station, in a 75 m² (807 sq ft) apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the 1st floor of a secure building with an elevator.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
