She designed every m2, from materials to fabrics. Sandrine invested the building with works of art in every room, imposing her unique style. A veritable art gallery to contemplate.

Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with all necessary amenities.

Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, with many steps to climb. This is inconvenient with large suitcases, and access is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room which, once opened, leaves little room to move around and store luggage, and the space becomes tight.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 5-minute walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station, in an air-conditioned apartment decorated by a painter and interior designer, with a separate bedroom, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
