⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 25 m² (269 sq ft), the studio is small and suits two people for a few nights. The only bed is a double sofa bed in the main room which, once unfolded, takes up most of the space. For a longer stay, the space may feel tight.
* The studio is on the ground floor and its window looks onto an inner courtyard. It is not very practical to leave it open to air the room, and ventilation is limited. Guests who like to sleep with the window open may be bothered.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Sentier metro station, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, in a very quiet studio overlooking an enclosed courtyard, with an equipped kitchen and a Nespresso machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
