This well-organized apartment offers everything you need for a smooth and pleasant stay:

🛋 Living Area: A cozy open space featuring a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a dining area for up to 4 guests.

🍽 Kitchen: Open-plan and fully equipped with a stovetop, extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso machine (with capsules), as well as tea, sugar, and basic essentials.

🛏 Sleeping Area: A separate, partially enclosed sleeping nook with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

🛁 Bathroom: Includes a walk-in shower, integrated toilet, hairdryer, and welcome toiletries (shower gel and shampoo).

🧺 Extras: Washer, dryer, iron, unlimited Wi-Fi, fresh towels and high-quality bed linens provided.

📍 The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, right next door to a bar-restaurant. At weekends, especially on Friday and Saturday, the music can be heard inside, often until 2 or 3 a.m. If you are a light sleeper or travelling with young children, please take this into account.
* The windows look onto the building's courtyard, where the rubbish bins are kept. Smells can come in, especially in summer, and the windows sometimes have to stay closed.
* The studio is not air-conditioned. In summer it can get very hot, and opening the windows onto the courtyard lets in the smell of the bins. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account.
* At 30 m² (323 sq ft), the studio is ideal for two. For four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area and the space becomes tight.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be 2 minutes' walk from Goncourt metro station and a few minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin, in a studio with a washing machine and a dryer.
