* The apartment, on the ground floor, has poor soundproofing: noise from the street and the building can be clearly heard inside, including at night. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The apartment is on two levels linked by an internal staircase, and the toilet, separate from the bathroom, is on the upper level: depending on where you sleep, you have to take the stairs to reach it, including at night. If you are travelling with young children or elderly guests, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 60 m² (646 sq ft) in the lively Oberkampf area, a 4-minute walk from Parmentier metro station (line 3), surrounded by restaurants and shops, with a double bedroom with a desk, an open kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
