Located on the ground floor, the apartment combines comfort and functionality to make your stay as easy as possible.

The living area has been designed for shared moments, with a cozy living room featuring a double sofa bed, a TV, and a large dining table, ideal for getting together after a day in Paris.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to cook easily on site.

The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and quality bedding, accommodating up to six guests.

The three modern bathrooms are functional and well-appointed. Two additional toilets complete the bathroom facilities for added convenience when staying with others.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has no windows: a single skylight lights the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms, below street level, have no daylight and no ventilation. If daylight matters to you, this apartment is not the right choice.
* A nightclub adjoins the building: its music can be heard in the downstairs bedrooms until 2 or 3 a.m., especially at weekends. Light sleepers are likely to be disturbed.
* With no air conditioning and no window to open, it can get hot in summer, which bothers guests sensitive to heat.
* The front door opens onto the shared bins, which cannot be moved: odours can be noticeable at the entrance.
* Comfortable for six in the three bedrooms; with eight, two guests sleep on the living room sofa bed and the space becomes tight.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in the heart of the 1st, five minutes from the Louvre, in a renovated apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

For your comfort, Wi-Fi is included and you will have access to a washing machine, iron, and linens provided for each guest.

The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for your use, so you can enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay.

Check-in is simplified thanks to a detailed arrival guide sent directly through the platform, allowing you to settle in independently and at your own pace. Our team is available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. to answer your questions and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Several bus lines also serve the area, and Vélib’ bike-sharing stations nearby let you explore the city on two wheels. For those traveling by car, public paid parking lots are available within a short walking distance.
