On the 1st floor (41m2)

• 1 living room with sofa bed, television and Wi-Fi to entertain you and stay connected.

• 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and dishwasher

• 1 bathroom with shower and sink

• 1 separate toilet



In the Basement (22m2)

1 TV lounge area and gym (stationary bike, ab care and sports mat)



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure a spotless space when you arrive.

If you arrive after 7 p.m. we offer 2 options for your check-in:

option 1: paid service €30, welcome in person at the apartment, presentation of the apartment and the equipment

option 2: free service, we will send you instructions to collect the keys in a keybox and access the apartment independently

Nearby, you will also find the Grands Boulevards, the Grevin Museum, the Galeries Lafayette and the Place de l'Opéra. 15 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum.

For a dose of culture and entertainment, explore the many theaters nearby, such as the Théâtre Le Comedia, the Théâtre du Gymnase, the Grand Rex (one of the most beautiful cinemas in Paris) and the Théâtre de la Renaissance.
