The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this superb studio ideally located a few steps from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre Museum! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to three travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: it has a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), a double bed for one person on the mezzanine with new and extremely comfortable bedding, unlimited Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV and storage space.

• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, washer-dryer, etc.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

You will be staying in a central and lively district of the 1st arrondissement perfect for discovering Paris on foot and enjoying dynamic local life. Public Transportation

Châtelet Metro Station - Lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14:

Hôtel de Ville Metro Station - Lines 1, 11:

Situated near the iconic Hôtel de Ville, this station acts as a portal to both the Right and Left Bank.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

Deposit: A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise Levels: Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.

Construction Awareness: Be mindful of ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities; we are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Age Requirement: Minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 may stay only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Non-compliance will result in refusal of stay with no refund accepted.
