• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding - also storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, soap & shampoo.
Separate toilets for greater comfort.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and other kitchen utensils.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in one of the most emblematic and elegant districts of Paris, in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, between the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides and the banks of the Seine. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars (around 10 minutes on foot) for unforgettable walks and iconic views of Paris. The area is full of renowned cafes and restaurants that are very popular with visitors, such as Café Constant, Les Cocottes, Le Florimond and Ladurée, perfect for experiencing the Parisian art of living. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance, including Carrefour City, Franprix, Monoprix, as well as excellent bakeries and typically Parisian delicatessens.
You are also close to major sites such as the Invalides, the Musée d'Orsay and the Pont Alexandre III, ideal for discovering historical and cultural Paris. Getting Around:
Welcome to the heart of Paris! We are thrilled to have you as our guest at our luxurious apartment. Here are some convenient transportation options to reach our exquisite urban retreat:
1. From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
- By Taxi: The most convenient and direct option is to take a taxi from CDG to the apartment. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
- By Public Transportation: Take the RER B train from CDG to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station. Then transfer to RER C and alight at the Pont de l'Alma station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the apartment.
2. From Orly Airport (ORY)
- By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at ORY and will take you directly to the apartment in about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
- By Public Transportation: Take the Orlyval shuttle train to Antony station, then transfer to the RER B train to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station. Finally, switch to RER C and disembark at Pont de l'Alma station, a short walk from the apartment.
3. From Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Thalys trains)
- By Taxi: A taxi ride from Gare du Nord to the apartment takes around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
- By Public Transportation: Take the RER B train from Gare du Nord to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station, and then transfer to RER C, which will bring you to Pont de l'Alma station, a short walk away.
4. From Gare de Lyon
- By Taxi: Taxi rides from Gare de Lyon to the apartment typically take around 15 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
- By Public Transportation: Take the Metro Line 1 from Gare de Lyon to the Champs-Élysées Clemenceau station. Then transfer to Metro Line 13 and disembark at Invalides station, which is a short walk from the apartment.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

GREAT location! Minutes from C-Line, and many shops, cafes, restaurants near. Just enough space for a short stay. The rental did not have any hand soap or paper towels, those would have been helpful, but not a deal breaker. Everaldo was very accommodating.

The booking process is questionable. I booked on VRBO with my Amex. The option to include the deposit was available so i couldnt understand why others had made comments about the deposit. Turns out you havent for anything yet. My card was not charged. Didnt find out until the day of. I dont check emails very often. You will receive an email to pay on a 3rd party site. Two seperate charges. One for the reservation and a second for the deposit. You cannot use Amex on their site. I had to do this enroute to the apartment from the airport. Very stressful. The host was kind and seamed accustomed to this fiasco. He did help us out, but not knowing if the 3rd party was real or a scam makes this process very shady. I guess i can look forward to not getting my deposit back in a timely manner like everyone else has done. The place is nice. The couch is stained. It looks dirty. When you open it to make the bed, the mattress was clean. Everything else was clean. Toilet is seperate from the sink and shower, so you get to open the door with dirty hands and walk over to the bathroom and open that door before you can wash up. Not what we are accustomed to, but its fine. The view is good from an angle and in one room, but for us, location was everything. The central location here is great. You could walk to the major spots or take a cab. There are restaurants everywhere. There is a public parking garage nearby for anyone driving. I would recommend this place. I would even usepay

Stay with a view
The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Paris. It is surrounded by shops and cafes. The view and bedroom closet are a bonus. The stairs are tricky with bags so would recommend packing lightly. We would definitely stay again.

Great Apartment, Problems with Check-in & Deposit
The apartment is nice and located in a great area. The host is very responsive. However, I discovered that this property is not self-check-in after being told it was. I had to meet with a host employee to receive a key. I was also asked to pay a cash fee when I arrived at the apartment. This fee was not mentioned during the booking process, I was informed I needed to pay the fee hours before my arrival. Lastly the host returned my deposit past the stated 14-day period they set. It was difficult to receive a clear answer on when I would receive my deposit. I had to follow up with the host multiple times to obtain the deposit.

Overall we had a nice two week stay at the apartment. The location was relatively quiet and convenient, with a metro station within a 15 minute walk. The biggest disappointment however was that the photos of the exterior were not of the building. The actual building isn’t very attractive and the common areas are pretty run down.
Also, the unit isn’t very well appointed so if you’re staying for more than a few days, you’ll have to buy the basics; dishwashing soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
The management was very responsive, nice and easy to communicate with: The dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there and they were able to send someone in the next day to get is sorted.

Location great. View of the Eiffel tower great. Bakery on bottom floor wonderful. Getting 250 EU damage deposit returned took 6 inquires and over a month…. but finally returned. The furnishings are not as they appear in the pictures. No rug, no plant, curtain missing from master bedroom.
