The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), as well as a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm). They each have new and very comfortable bedding. It also has a television.

• A bathroom: it includes a modern shower, a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Separate toilets are at your disposal for greater comfort.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

Sonnige Wohnung mit Terrasee im Dachgeschoss inmitten von Paris

Eine sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in einem klassischen alten Pariser Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe des Place St. Michel und somit sehr zentral. Fußläufig zur Notre Dame und vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Perfekte ÖPNV Anbindung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem lebhaften Restaurant- und Ausgehviertel, daher wird es nachts schon mal laut. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, es gibt aber gute Vorhänge. Die Fenster sind alt und schlecht isoliert und lassen Luft durch, so dass es im Sommer heiß und im Winter kalt sein dürfte. Bei uns war es prima, da wir perfektes Wetter hatten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, allerdings sind die Möbel etwas abgewohnt. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, die aber renoviert werden sollte. Der Kunstrasen und die zerzausten Plastikpflanzen sind etwas unappetitlich. So wie auf den Fotos im Inserat sieht es dort nicht mehr aus. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, vorallem Gläser fehlten. In der Küche gibt es keine Ausstattung (kein Salz & Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker, Kaffeekapsel oder Tee). Das ist ok, man muss es nur wissen.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und würde sie wieder mieten!

Wir waren bis 4.3.25 in der Unterkunft. Wie schon bei vorherigen Bewertungen anklang, scheint das mit der Kautionsrückzahlung wirklich ein Problem (sollte laut Information bis 14 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt wieder rücküberwiesen sein). Diese habe ich bis heute trotz mehrfacher nachfragen nicht erhalten. Immer wieder erhalte ich als Antwort aufschiebende nichts sagende E-Mails.Traurig und erschreckend. Aufgrund der anscheinenden fehlenden Seriosität der Vermieter, würde ich die Unterkunft derzeit nicht empfehlen. Die Auswahl von Alternativen ist ja doch sehr groß.

Zentrale Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Super Lage mitten im Quartier Latin, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Louvre und Notre Dame fußläufig erreichbar, Metro gleich ums Eck. Das Appartment ist über eine enge Treppe nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen, die Dachterrasse im 5. Stock mit traumhaftem Ausblick entschädigt aber für die Mühe! Die Gastegeber sind bei Rückfragen schnell per Email erreichbar und die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Location and terrace were great. Check-in was easy and flexible. Very tiny apartment and although listed for 5 it barely accommodated my family of 4. Listing is misleading as there is not two washrooms. There is a toilet in the hallway then you have to go into the bedroom where there’s another room with shower and sink inconvenient and unhygienic. Although there is a washing machine there is no detergent and dish soap. Barely any toilet paper, we had to buy our own. Be prepared to buy your supplies as this is a no frills unit. The furniture is beat up, and just staged for the listing. Decor was removed from the walls and no upholstered dining chairs like the photos, but folding chairs provided. You need to move the dining room table in the middle of the living room to use it then you have to find a place for the coffee table. I would say the unit is better suited for two people, as it is very small. Air conditioning barely works and visible mould. If you have mobility issues this unit is not for you as there is 86 stairs to the 6th floor with a spiral staircase, with luggage even more challenging. Only would recommend for a couple that is fit. Overall disappointed and the host did nothing about it.

Place was great. Beautiful views from the 5th floor. Balcony was wonderful at night to enjoy a glass of wine and soak the surrounding building architecture. I would definitely stay here again. Booking was slightly tedious having a security deposit and having to provide passport information a few days prior to arrival. It was only by luck I saw the email prior to arriving. The check in guide was detailed and provided all the details.

Cute, efficient, can’t beat location

This place is in such a fabulous location and the balcony allows you to enjoy the bustling neighborhood at all hours. It’s small but efficient and has everything you might need. Was clean and cozy. The fans provided help with both heat and street noise. Was perfect for us as a couple with our 2.5 year old. It is important to confirm the stairs cannot be under estimated. It’s a tight and narrow spiral staircase and your full foot cannot fit on all parts of the steps. Bigger than a carry on is hard to navigate and you have to take great care with a child. Multiple loads up in the heat is a lot and requires a shower. For me, I found it worth it and would stay here again.

In the heart of the Latin Quarter

Lovely place! The balcony has great views of the area. It is right on the corner of a very busy intersection which is nice for shops and restaurants. And you don’t hear the noise at night with windows closed. There is no elevator though and it is on the 5th floor so be ready to take a lot of stairs as you come and go. Would certainly stay here again!

Perfect beautiful area with easy access to quick bites or nice dinning. Very close to Paris attractions. So comfortable for a family of four and very neat and clean. Just as a tip, don’t bring a big suitcase as stairs are narrow and on fifth floor. No elevator.

Great location with some caveats

The pros... this is in a great location in a quintessential French neighborhood in the Latin Quarter. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the block and easy walking distance to many of the city's main attractions including Notre Dame and the Louvre. It has a great balcony overlooking the area and in the evening the street musicians and restaurants down below really make it a great place to relax. The cons... as others have mentioned, it's on the 6th floor and up a windy spiral staircase. It wasn't an issue for us but could be a problem for those with mobility issues. The bigger issue for us is that there is no air conditioning, or rather, there is a small unit in the ceiling but it has apparently been disabled. There was one small fan that was falling apart and with the heatwave that Paris was experiencing, there were several nights when it was too warm for comfort. Secondly, it's very small, which is hard to see from the photos, but it is essentially the size of a hotel room (though the bedroom is separated). We stayed with our 3 children and it was very tight. Lastly, the management company does not seem to be local and were not much help when we had an issue (replacing the fan). One person would respond by email that they'd have someone out, then another person would contradict them in a different email. It took weeks to have our deposit refunded and generally it just seems like you're dealing with a large remotely-operated management company that's not really concerned with any one property or the guest experience. Would I stay here again? Yes, but not during the warmer months and only as a couple... it's just too small for the whole family and was too hot in late July. That said, the location and the balcony can't be beat if you can get past the other issues.

Great location!

The location and the terrace made this spot perfect for me and my cousins. Unfortunately, we did not have a great start when the entry code I was given was incorrect and it took an hour waiting in front of the door to get a new key code. Also, the mirror in the bathroom was cracked, which I immediately reported, and it ended up falling off the wall and almost crashing on my cousin. She could've been severely hurt. They replaced the mirror immediately but they never responded to my message - not an apology or even an acknowledgment. Despite the challenges above, I would consider staying again just for the terrace and the location!

Fabulous location in Paris.

Great location. Apartment is on 5th floor so lots of stairs to climb. View and balcony were amazing. Was disappointed in lack of hygiene amenities. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper.

TLDR; do not book this apartment. We booked and were happy to climb the 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It’s a long way, and it’s steep, but it should have been worth it. Sadly, it wasn’t. What is advertised is not what you get: 1. No TV in living room, but it is shown in one of the photos 2. Bathroom - only 1 toilet though the listing shows 2 toilets 3. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The specified network is not available as an option. 4. There is no office, but it’s listed in the ‘spaces’ available at the property 5. In the bedroom there is a mezzanine, with a door that looks to be another room, but there does not seem to be a way to get up there 6. When it rains, there are multiple leaks in the ceiling with water dripping onto the floor, sofa bed, etc. 7. A screw holding in place the access panel for the poorly functioning air conditioning unit fell on the sofa bed along with some water and debris. After issue 7, we deemed the living room unsafe for use. The apartment is dangerous and should not be re-let without remedial work. We contacted the agent (via the VRBO chat function) as the issues happened. But the replies we received were that they were trying to contact the management team. They never addressed any of the issues directly and still have not at the time of posting this review. The listing misrepresents the apartment functionally, as well as being unsafe for use. Don’t stay here. Find a listing that is accurately represented and where you’ll get support if issues arise.

Amazing location

My wife and I were in Europe, visiting our son who was studying in the UK, when we decided on a few days in Paris. This apartment fit our needs perfectly. It is located just a few blocks from the Seine River and Norte Dame, in the Latin Quarter. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping, this apartment was in the perfect location. We found it was well within walking distance to Norte Dame, the Louvre, and for those who are inclined, even the Eiffel Tower. It had a private bedroom for us, and a sofa bed for our College aged son. The apartment’s top rooftop balcony afforded spectacular views of the neighborhood and was the perfect place to end the day, with a glass of wine. If there was one drawback to the apartment, it was the stairwell to the top floor. If travelers have an aversion to tight stairwells or any physical ailments that might make stairs difficult, this apartment could be a challenge. We found it to be tolerable, and the reward was the awesome rooftop view. The neighborhood is bustling late into the night, although I would expect a certain amount of noise anywhere you’d stay in the area. Overall, this apartment was perfect for our whirlwind sight-seeing trip to Paris. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Cozy rooftop apartment with great views & location

Great location and nice flat on the top floor. Views from the balcony are great. Décor & furniture are fine and do the job though not a ton of charm, looks like an Ikea showroom. Conversing with the company who manages property was super easy via email. Was nice to be able to access the building and apartment with a code as opposed to carrying keys. Probably not ideal for a family with a young child or anyone who can't do stairs but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
