Welcome to our charming duplex apartment loft nestled in the heart of Paris, just a few minutes away from the famous Bastille.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a stylish and modern space designed for comfort and convenience, that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with sofa bed and TV. Upstairs- bedroom with queen-size bed and Italian shower.

With its prime location, it’s the best place to explore that Paris has to offer.

LIVING AREA
Unwind after a day of exploring the city by cozying up on the sofa and enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the TV. We provide a selection of board games, ensuring hours of entertainment for guests.

Our living space features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, which effortlessly converts into two single sleeping spaces. Also there is a separate toilet downstairs for your convenience.

KITCHEN
Our open kitchen comes complete with a range of amenities, kitchen utensils, dinnerware and electric appliances to make your stay as convenient as possible. From the fridge and oven to the microwave, stove, kettle, and toaster, every essential is readily available for your culinary adventures. Start your day on the right note with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine, or enjoy a leisurely breakfast prepared with ease. Featuring a natural wooden tabletop, our kitchen exudes warmth and charm, providing the perfect backdrop for cooking and dining experiences. For added convenience, we've included a dishwasher, ensuring that cleanup is a breeze and allowing you to spend more time enjoying your vacation.

DINING AREA
Adjacent to the kitchen is our stylish dining area, featuring a designer high dining table paired with high chairs. Gather around for memorable meals with loved ones, toast to your adventures in Paris, and savor the flavors of the city in the comfort of your own home away from home.
Our fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting for culinary delights and shared moments with family and friends.

STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM & BATHROOM
One of the standout features of our apartment is the custom-made designer stairs that lead to the second floor. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, these stairs add a modern touch to the space and enhance its aesthetic appeal.
We kindly ask guests to check the photos of the stairs carefully to ensure that they will suit their needs and preferences. If you have any questions about the stairs, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
It's important to note that while our designer stairs are visually striking, they may not be suitable for young kids, seniors or for people with reduced mobility as the stairs do not have handrails.

BEDROOM
Ascend the designer stairs to the second floor, where you'll find the bedroom that features a very comfortable queen-size bed and a custom-made wardrobe for your belongings. The fresh bed linens that are cleaned in the dry cleaning facilities after each guest are provided for your comfortable stay as well as the towels.

BATHROOM
Boasting transparent shower walls, an Italian shower, and a designer sink all from the natural materials for a touch of luxury. Encased in elegant glass walls, our shower offers a seamless integration with the bedroom, providing a direct view that enhances the overall sense of openness. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our bespoke shower, thoughtfully designed directly within the bedroom space. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, our shower boasts soft lighting that adds a serene ambiance to the room, creating a tranquil oasis for your stay.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including:
- fresh bed linens cleaned in dry cleaning facilities;
- towels - 2 towels per guest - hand towel and shower towel;
- toiletry samples such as shampoo and shower gel;
- a couple of toilet paper rolls to accommodate your arrival;
- some coffee, tea and sugar for your morning enjoyment.
Please note that detergent for the washing machine is not provided.
For added convenience, you'll find a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in the apartment.
A foldable baby crib is also available for our little guests (please bring your own baby sleeping sack).
