The Space:

Discover this sumptuous apartment of over 130m² located in a quiet and sought-after neighborhood, offering a bright, spacious, and refined setting for an exceptional stay in the heart of Paris. It is located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with an elevator, overlooking the Senate and Théâtre de l'Europe.

IMPORTANT: The building’s elevator is currently out of service for an undetermined period. This situation is managed by the building’s co-ownership and is beyond our control. We inform all guests of this before booking. No rate adjustments or compensation requests related to this temporary unavailability can be accepted.



The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged as follows:

• 1st bedroom – equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), built-in storage, Smart TV, and private bathroom with shower.

• 2nd bedroom - equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), built-in storage, Smart TV, and private bathroom with shower.

• 3rd bedroom - equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), built-in storage, Smart TV, and private bathroom with shower.

• 4th bedroom - equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), built-in storage, Smart TV & en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels, and bath mat.

The accommodation has two toilets—one in a bathroom and the other separate.

• A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances: oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.

Everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere is provided.

A washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board are also included.

• A spacious living room: bright with Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, double sofa bed, and armchairs.

• A dining area: a dining table that seats up to six people, ideal for relaxing.

The Neighborhood:

You stay in the heart of the popular 6th arrondissement, in the elegant Odéon district where Parisian life is revealed at every street corner. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find charming cafes like Café Ladurée, Le Rostand or Au Petit Suisse, as well as typical restaurants like Le Polidor and Au Père Louis, perfect for lunch or dinner after a day of sightseeing. Everything is done on foot here: the Luxembourg Gardens are 2 minutes away, the Pantheon 8 minutes away, and Notre-Dame is very close for beautiful walks. The atmosphere is typically Parisian, mixing culture, gastronomy and history in a chic but lively setting, with many local shops and markets around. Transportation is very convenient with the Luxembourg RER stations 5 minutes away and the Odéon and Cluny‑La Sorbonne metro stations around 6–7 minutes away, giving you direct access to the entire city. It is an ideal address for experiencing Paris on foot, between typical cafés, historical monuments and lively local life!

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):

Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50-€60.

Public Transportation: Take the RER B train direction Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Then transfer to the Metro Line 4, direction Mairie de Montrouge, and disembark at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35-€45.

Public Transportation: Take the Orlyval light rail to the Antony station. Transfer to the RER B train, direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Switch to the Metro Line 4, direction Mairie de Montrouge, and disembark at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 45-55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord Train Station:

Taxi: Approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €10-€15.

Public Transportation: Take the Metro Line 4, direction Mairie de Montrouge, directly to Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Our stay with Holiday Vacation rentals was wonderful. The apartment was perfect for our family and a great location as we had kids aged 3-7. There is no air conditioning soIt was hot, but they did provide fans. The only issue was that the elevator was broken, but that was not their fault. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. Honestly, it worked out perfect!

Our family of six stayed at this apartment for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic—central and perfect for exploring everything Paris has to offer. Major attractions, cafés, and shops were all within easy walking distance, and public transport was just around the corner, making it very convenient to get around.The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and tidy upon arrival, offering plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. We especially appreciated the lovely view from the windows, which added to the Parisian charm. Our stay at Luxembourg Garden Safe Haven was perfect. Apartment was in a great location for us. We could walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and great restaurants. Check in was very easy. A Big Week in Paris

We were very comfortable in this well located and appointed apartment in the middle of all things to see and do in Paris. Convenient to restaurants, markets, shopping and site seeing. We took our family of four to Paris over Thanksgiving. The unit was in a great location across from Luxembourg gardens and next to the Odeon. The space was as advertised and very large.Unfortunately the happy memories are unfortunately negated by a horrible deposit experience. Not only do you have to go out of vrbo to do the deposit, they charged me two deposits. After my persistence they sent me an email confirming the error with assurances I'd receive both back at the end of the trip in a timely manner. I have had to aggressively pursue them to get one deposit back. I stil have not received the second one despite their earlier acknowledgment. When I escalated to vrbo they can do nothing because it was outside their system. We would never rent from this company again which is a shame as the place was good.

Location is great but...

The location is amazing. You are surrounded by restaurants, shopping and a nice walk to the tourist areas. The apartment is roomy with lots of space, and good be a great rental if someone gave it a little more TLC.However, there are reasons why I wouldn't book it again and/or work with the company Holiday. First, there is a fee of 500 security deposit, which shouldn't be in place if you are booking through VRBO. It took a long time to get the refund. The manager who let us in seemed like we were a bother. He rushed us to get there and rushed us through the check in process. The apartment was extremely cold and didn't warm up until the middle of the night. The heat is controlled by the buiding.The bathrooms with toliets are small. Two of my sons are 6'4 and couldn't close the door. The back room to the right smelled like sewer the entire time we were there. I think it's the pumbling in the walls or maybe because it's near the toliet. In reference to the apartment, it could be a better experience if the Holiday company added a more personal touch and provide more items to make it more homey. They only offer the bare minimum that you get at a standard hotel. You have to provide EVERYTHING for yourself. The last reason is communcation with Holiday is easy but you never seem to work with the same person, so I got different answers to my question.

Great Paris Location

This rental was a great apartment in one of the best locations in Paris. Great restaraunts, nightlife, shopping, and Louvre within a 20-30 minute walk. Metro was easy to get to Eiffel etc. Four bedrooms (3 of which have showers but none have bathrooms inside the bedrooms). Two bathrooms in the hall. No AC. Only two keys which became an issue a couple of times. All small things. It was really a great stay.

Great Location and Spacious Basic Apt

This apt is in an excellent location. Very nice to have the park right there if you want to get a little run in. The apt is clean and spacious, especially for Paris. The 3 bedrooms have a sink & shower, but the toilets are all common use in the hall. Wasn't really an issue. There are 3 queen beds and 1 double. Note that it is very bare bones. Furniture utilitarian. No kitchen staples like salt & pepper or a few coffee pods. No laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, or paper towels/napkins. The tiny shampoo/conditioner will only allow a couple hair washes, etc. Also, a welcome letter with instructions, recommendations would have been nice.

Great location and apartment - description should be updated

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cool and location is fantastic. I would suggest updating the property description regarding bathrooms. It is listed as four bathroom with a shower and toilet in each. However, actually three bedrooms have a shower and sink, one bedroom has nothing. Then there are two bathrooms with toilets and sinks, one of which also has a bathtub. Again, we truly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Just would want to know about the bathroom set up going in.
