The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and bright apartment! Completely renovated by an interior designer, it is designed to accommodate up to four travelers. Quiet and well appointed, it is perfectly suitable whether you come with family, friends or on business.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV, a double sofa bed and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as storage space.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower and all the necessary equipment: hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

The toilet is separate.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: this space includes a dining table and chairs.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be staying in a trendy and lively neighborhood in the 11th arrondissement, between the emblematic Oberkampf and Bastille, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying dynamic local life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Fragments or Café Oberkampf, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Septime La Cave or Le Chateaubriand, known for their inventive cuisine and friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several local shops are within walking distance: Franprix, Monoprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
