Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms with showers, shower gel and shampoo kits, and hair dryers.

Toilets: One toilet in a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi included, bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* A supermarket occupies the ground floor of the building. Its deliveries (trucks, pallet jacks, trolleys) can be heard in the apartment early in the morning and at the end of the day, which may bother light sleepers.
* The living room has a single sofa, the double sofa bed. In a group of six to eight, not everyone can sit there at the same time.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 12th arrondissement, a one-minute walk from Michel Bizot metro station, in a 90 m² (969 sq ft) apartment on the 1st floor with a lift, with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and two toilets.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
