Very charming apartment of 37 m2 located on the ground floor, fully equipped, located a few minutes from the Parc des Expositions. This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life. Warm and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay as a couple or with friends.

- Tv, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)

- A bathroom including a shower, a toilet.



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Located not far from Montparnasse, this apartment is the ideal place to discover the city. Close to the area where famous French artists, writers and philosophers once lived, you can visit the beautiful Montparnasse cemetery where Simone De Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre are buried and dine at famous restaurants like La Coupole. Perfect for families or groups of friends, guests have everything they need to feel at home in this authentic neighborhood.

You can stroll in Parc Montsouris or in Parc Georges Brassens.

You will find many shops on rue d'Alésia, a few minutes' walk away.
