We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



Our apartment has a capacity for 17 people.

It has 3 bathrooms (Shower and shower+wc) and separate wc

Very bright, with its beautiful exposed beams that give him a classic Parisian touch, it has been completely renovated et designed in a sleek and contemporary style .



In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.



Its magnificent wooden floor perfectly match the elegant furnitures and create a very cozy and warm atmosphere, to make an intimate break in the middle of the bustling capital city, with its infinite number of things to do.



The location of our apartment is ideal because it is situated between the Louvre and the George Pompidou center. It is also very close to the Musee Picasso

This district is especially famous for one of its streets: rue Montorgueil. Greengrocers, cafés, restaurants and grocers all give life to this quaint pedestrians-only street, not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it.



The tourist tax is applicable



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.



For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested



We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris
