„Satisfied“

„The pool was closed, which was my main attraction for the entire trip was unable to swim either day. It was under repair.“

„Zimmer zu klein“

„Writing The hotel and property were both nice overall, but there were a few disappointments during our stay. The room we were given was not the room I had originally booked, which was supposed to include a couch. During check-in, the front desk attendant requested my credit card again, explaining that it was for incidentals and taxes. I mentioned that I had already paid the taxes through Expedia, but she insisted that Expedia doesn't collect taxes. I pulled up my reservation to show that the ...

„This property has ZERO communication! Not even a note on the door. They blame Expedia but many properties message me through Expedia. This property should be listed as a hostel! They have 1 bathroom for multiple people; which is ok(it was very clean); but we had to walk across the house (3 rooms) to get to the bathroom. Not too fun for 3AM bathroom trips!“

„Sehr freundliche Eigentümerin und gutes Frühstück “

„Very convenient for Bates. Clean and comfortable.“

„We love staying at The Residents Inn in Auburn! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped and always nice and clean. We plan to return there in the future.“

„Last minute stay, great experience. Loved the employee of the year!“

„We weren‘t able to reach the hotel. Staff was not able to refund our money. Would not recommend the place.“

„No staff on sight Room, dirty Breakfast...lousy. Not even fresh coffee“

„Well cared for Victorian Inn. Very comfortable rooms, each with a slightly Bohemian flair to the antique furnishings. Off street parking, close to amenities. Host was fabulous- friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Will return“
