„Disgusting musty and strong smell, especially in the mattresses and kitchen cabinet. Brown water, had to be changed, because of ants the house had to be poisoned every second day. there is a nice view an a nice terrace, but in the house a lot has to be renewed. Air conditioning would be very important to reduce the humidity. The manager helped us by cleaning (fridge, grill, water change), it was only superficial cleaned because they had problems with the cleaning team. Over all our stay was the ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront Escape. It's perfect for a couple to relax and get away from it all. With a view of Tapeka Beach and the bay, it's very peaceful. The wraparound porch is great for relaxing. If it gets windy, just move to another side. The kitchen is well furnished, everything we needed to cook at home some nights. Other nights, Restaurants in Russell are just 2km away. Lots of sliding doors to let in the fresh air. We didn't need heat or air conditioning.“

„We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out. Great location as we could walk into town. We were all very happy with our stay. Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time.“
