Thank you so much for your review. We are saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your visit with us. Our property is the home of a restaurant that is utilized by persons from all over the island. However, it is safe to say we have no “working ladies” here at our hotel. Our property is completely secure as we have security officers’ onsite, coded gates & a state of the art security system along with constant police presence. It’s pretty safe to say that karate knowledge when booking is totally unnecessary. Sunrise Beach Villas has a few staff members that live on property and may not always be in uniform especially after working hours. Our staff is known for their friendly & helpful demeanor. For example, when you reported one of your guests missing our security staff rallied & searched until the individual was found. We do have one or two one bedroom villas without the spiral staircase. Viola's is a convenient option if you don't want to leave the property to purchase breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank you for your review. Our property provides walkways that lead to our villas. Guests do not have walk through the bar to get to the rooms. Our beds are a little over a year old & come equipped with foam mattresses. Upon receiving your complaint management & security went to the room as is customary to verify the nature of your complaint. It was determined that the complaints you made were invalid. Please be advised that there is nothing fake about the reviews posted on this site. Many of our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. Our photos are an actual representation of our villas. We tried our best to accommodate you however, we were unable to move you as we were completely booked.
