"1. Checkin ist offiziell ab 15:00. Wir waren kurz vor 15:00 da - wir mussten wirklich bis nach 15:00 Uhr mit dem Checkin warten obwohl alle Zimmer unserer Kategorie frei waren. Soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
