This resort provided inaccurate information regarding their internet connectivity, which was a crucial factor for us as we all work remotely. We chose this resort based on their assurance of strong internet in all rooms. Our attempts to address this issue with the General Manager, Juliana Fu, were unsuccessful as she was often unavailable due to her diving activities. The assistant manager was also instructed not to assist us any further.
Frustrated by the lack of cooperation, we were compelled to report this matter to the nearest police station and barangay authorities. Furthermore, there was an attempt to charge us for relocating to a different room, which we had not agreed to. Fortunately, I reached out to Expedia's manager, who provided us with assistance and support.
