Pros:The location was perfect—we loved how close it was to the beach and to Pineapple Willy’s. The included beach chairs were a great perk. We visited during spring break with our family, and the college crowd was not an issue at all. There was also a strong police presence at night, which made things feel safe. The beach and water were absolutely gorgeous during our stay.Cons:While the condo itself was nice, we did have several issues with cleanliness. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival. I ended up finding a humidifier in the closet and ran it in both bedrooms, emptying it daily. It did improve the smell after a few days, but the first couple of days were unpleasant. We also had to keep the doors open at times to air things out.The towels and linens were another concern. Many of the towels were stained and smelled musty, and the bed sheets were also stained, which made it uncomfortable to use them.The condo was stocked, but only minimally—be prepared to purchase essentials like toilet paper and trash bags.Lastly, the property was still under construction during our stay. We were told it would be wrapping up, but it was very much ongoing, which was disruptive. All four towers had to share one pool, adding to the inconvenience. Communication about the construction was limited—I only received updates when I reached out directly to Kim’s Condo.Overall:Great location and beautiful beach, but the cleanliness issues, lack of supplies, and ongoing construction
