Seychelles 209 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from it's private corner balcony! This beachfront Panama City Beach vacation rental sleeps up to eight people comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and an attached full bath! You can step onto the balcony right from the master bedroom!  The second bedroom features a king bed and the third bedroom offers a queen bed with the guest bathroom right down the hall. In the living room you will find a couch that converts to a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Spend your mornings sitting on your corner balcony or walking the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach! Seychelles 209 is the perfect family getaway for you!

Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked on association property. ** 2025 Black out Dates : May 22 through May 25 June 14 through July 26 August 28 through September 1 October- Sunday of Schooner’s LobsterFest, should it occur.
Place a FULLY COMPLETED parking pass on the rearview mirror for display or driver-side dash. An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). Rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located at the 3rd-floor walkway.

Seychelles is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. The area around Seychelles offers world–class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy the on-site amenities like the Fitness Center, Gazebo, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, game room, and covered parking.

Conveniently located on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Seychelles is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Great Condo that could use a little love

The location of this condo is top notch! The huge balcony and being on the 2nd floor felt like you were on the beach. I literally could have reached out and touched the roof of Schooners, so it was fun being in the action. The condo was very well stocked with all kitchen utensils, and the layout is great. The furniture has seen better days and could use a refresh. The primary bedroom mattress is a little lumpy, but still slept great. Real Joy management was the best! The communication from start to finish was the best we've ever had. I would stay at any of their properties again without hesitation. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again.

Great condo, bad bed

This condo had everything we needed and was almost great. The worst part is the master bed. The mattress is awful and cups on one side so bad it’s like sleeping in a hammock. We bought a topper just to be able to sleep. The mattress looks very old.

Overall we loved our stay here and would stay again! The parking situation wasn’t the best. We had a parking pass and 2 nights in a row after returning from an afternoon out we couldn’t find any parking in the garage. The walk to the beach was short and nice! The room had plenty of space for our group to spread out and have their own space. Being next door to Schooners was a plus, we could just walk over for supper if we didn’t feel like going out. We would absolutely stay again!

Seychelles is a great resort.The only negative is a security guy in the evenings named Trevan.He walks around acting like the FBI and chooses who he wants to target for the evening.He needs some training in customer service.

Love this location!

The location of this unit is exactly what I was looking for. It is Near all the restaurants and activities that my family enjoys. I like being on the “quiet” end of PCB! Also, being on the second floor was the best. The unit is stocked with all the needed cooking utensils, pots and pans but I had to go buy a griddle to cook breakfast because the skillet was too small. I did leave that in the kitchen for others to use as well, my treat! Great place to stay with kids and I can’t wait to visit again.

Great location and family friendly! Rooms were great size and loved listening to the ocean waves! Reconstruction was being done on the beach but we were able to enjoy ourselves. Some of the sink fixtures were loose and need updating but everything worked well.

DIRTY

This is the 3rd time staying at Seychelles. This time was quite disappointing! Unit was filthy! Back footprints in the bathtub & floors in the entire unit were extremely dirty. Made our feet black! In need of maintenance as well. Outlets in guest bedroom & living room looked like they had been kicked into the wall. Drawer facing in guest bedroom fell off in floor without even being touched. Broken chair in living room. Broken chair & table on balcony. Couch in living room was dirty & uncomfortable. All beds terrible. Heck,even the toilet bowl was cracked!!

Checkin is so easy. The location of the condo on the 2nd floor was great with a little one. Seychelles is one of our favorite places to stay. The condo was spacious & had all the kitchen essentials except a broom. I purchased a broom & left it there as sand is inevitable in a beach condo. Everything visible was clean but not sure cleaning team moves things to clean under. Since we had a little one, which explores more than adults, she found some wrappers, a flip flop & some safety pens under the furniture. Furnishings were ok, would recommend updating balcony furniture & having a smart tv. In all, the condo met our needs & we enjoyed the stay.
