The suite features a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing space for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal and includes seating for three at the bar for casual dining. Located less than 1,000 feet from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, you’ll have easy access to the beach whenever the mood strikes. When you’re not soaking up the sun or strolling the shoreline, enjoy the resort’s pools and hot tubs for even more relaxation. Important Notice: The community will be undergoing a property improvement project from approximately September 14 through early December 2026, including exterior painting and corridor floor renovations. Guests staying during this period may experience intermittent daytime construction noise, particularly while corridor flooring work is in progress. Work will be limited to daytime hours, and all resort amenities and condo access are expected to remain available. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes these upgrades.

Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab, less than one mile from the condo. You'll also be less than two miles from great local restaurants. To the west, you're just three miles from stepping into luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards (less than half a mile).
