The Space:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire before booking.

No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.





*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Unit 725 provides direct access to the powdery sands and sparkling waters that the Summit Beach Resort is renowned for. Spend your days building sandcastles, sunbathing, or taking long walks along the coast. When you're not at the beach, the resort offers an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. The options are endless!
