Gut: Sauberkeit
The unit was very clean and nice! The pool was beautiful and the beach was clean. The strawberry daiquiris were some of the best I’ve had! The elevators were very busy and crowded. We took the stairs a lot of the time. We did have a small issue with the renters next door. Their kids were ringing our doorbell and running off from the unit late at night. After the 2nd time of this happening we contacted security to let them know someone was doing this on the 13th floor. They did it an 3rd time late that night and we caught them doing it this time. After we caught them doing it we contacted security again to let them know who it was. The security on duty failed to address the issue for several hours like they said they would do. They did it once again the next day. We contacted security again, luckily the security manager was on duty and she did promptly take care of the situation. She was very helpful! Farah, our vacation host, was also very helpful with trying to resolve the situation. Farah was very quick and helpful with her responses.
