Shell Yeah is a bright and inviting studio condo located on the second floor of Building E at the Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach. This renovated unit is perfectly positioned just above the lively Peddler's Pavilion, with walkable access to top-tier dining, boutique shopping, and Rosemary Beach just a block away. With charming coastal décor, a well-equipped kitchenette, and thoughtful touches throughout, this unit offers comfort and functionality in a prime location along 30A.
Inside, guests will find a king bed as well as a Murphy bed that folds down to reveal a full-size mattress. The unit comfortably sleeps up to four guests and includes extra pillows and blankets for added convenience. The open-concept space is optimized with a dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi (80 Mbps), and a 50” TV with premium streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime Video. A Bose sound system, board games, and even a Pack 'n Play are available for added entertainment and family-friendly comfort.
The kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, and all the essentials needed for prepping light meals and snacks. Dining can take place inside at the table or outside on the patio with shared access to a grill and courtyard seating.

Parking:
In regards to parking at the Village of South Walton, there are no parking passes needed at this property. Guests may park anywhere in the parking lot that is nearby the building where your vacation rental is located. While there are over 200 public parking spaces, they are first-come, first-served.
Driving and Parking: The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).
At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn right. Building E is the 2nd building on the right. You may park in any legal spot in the lot.

The Village resort area has two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests over the age of 9 to gain access to this area. A community pool should be about 100 feet (or a 1-minute walk) from your vacation rental!
The Villages of South Walton offers guests conveniently located community pools (one seasonally heated). The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is eleven. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours. No glass is permitted on the pool deck.
Amenity Wristbands: In the condo's kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).
Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather).
Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from Village Lane (pool area near Building H). All guests 10 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access Tram service. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.
Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community (just over a quarter of a mile away). This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.
Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance).
You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend renting chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months.
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.
Other details to note:
Washers and dryers are available for guest use and are located on the 2nd floor corridor of your building. Washers and dryers are equipped with credit card readers (coins are no longer accepted). Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.
Please abide by the policy posted onsite and provided here. NO smoking within 25 feet of any of the Village of South Walton buildings. There is a dedicated smoking area that is located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H. Security will be helping to enforce this rule.
Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended.

This property was perfect. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was Nefflix already available. I didnt have to log into it or rely just on cabel tv. I didnt spend a ton of time in the room as i was out and about all day, but i would definitely recommend. The location was IDEAL. I loved that bike rentals were just downstairs. Everything is walkable or bikable. 10/10 would recommend. I would stay again. In fact, I'm considering going down before apring again and if the dates match to availability and price is what im lookimg for again, I'll book here again.
