Pinnacle Port Beachfront Condo 501 at Carillon Beach

"Gulf and Lake Escape 501" is a nicely furnished and well maintained, fifth floor townhouse condo with approximately 1,000 square-feet of living space and two balconies. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Gulf, while the living room has a beautiful lake view of Phillips Inlet.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

Nestled in a gated community just beyond 30A, Pinnacle Port Resort boasts expansive beaches. The vacation rental is tucked away on the western end of Bay County, in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carillon, as well as Pier Park which is about 5 miles away. Privacy and seclusion are our trademark; even so, we're close enough to all the wonderful activities of Panama City. Pinnacle Port is not only located on the Gulf of Mexico but also Phillips Inlet.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Our condo is a nicely furnished and well maintained, fifth floor townhouse condo with approximately 1,000 square-feet of living space and two balconies. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Gulf, while the living room has a beautiful lake view of Phillips Inlet.

This 2-bedroom, 2œ-bathroom vacation rental also features:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

The process for paying for permitted parking at Pinnacle Port is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:

30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link (provided below) to pay for parking. The cost is $30 per vehicle plus fees (technology fee/credit card fee). No more than two cars are allowed per reservation.

Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn’t possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community.

NOTE: We need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings! If you book with less than 24 hour notice, please send an email right away!

For your convenience, there's a bathroom and changing area located on the building's 1st floor.

Other details to note:

The trash chute is in the elevator lobby. When you head to the elevator from the unit, turn to the right to locate the chute.

The resort building has elevators, the unit itself does not.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Our first stay at Carillon Beach

We wanted to try some place new for our beach trip. We enjoy less crowds, and quieter. Someone close to the area recommended the west end of Panama City Beach. We found Pinnacle Port, which is in the Carillon Beach community. It was a perfect location for us. The beach wasn't crowded at all. We really enjoyed the inlet that was just a small walk down the beach. The kids loved going there to swim. The property was clean and well kept. The staff we encountered was friendly and professional. Our only complaint about the proeprty management is that we were only given 4 wash cloths. We had 4 people and stayed 4 nights. Needless to say, we had to wash and reuse during our stay. Having an in unit washer and dryer was nice. The icemaker didn't work properly, but there were ice trays. So, that worked fine for us. There is a trash chute on each floor, so that was handy. No carrying trash to a dump. Overall the unit we stayed in was great. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of both the lake side and the ocean side. My husband and I enjoyed morning walks in the Carillon Beach community. The community is so well kept and each home seemed to have its own uniqueness. We did have to drive about 20 to 30 minutes each evening to get to most of the restaurants and attractions. We knew this going in, and for us, it was fine. We would rather have less crowded days on the beach and drive a little further to eat. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The perfect spot for a beach getaway!

The location was perfect within a gated community! Beautiful powdery white sand beach just steps away with a balcony view of the ocean! The beach was relaxing and quiet. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, skillets and a crockpot. Carillon is the neatest community with some shopping and we felt perfectly safe to walk around. Publix and Dollar General are 5 minutes away which is handy. We had a couple of questions for Christina and she replied promptly. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would definitely stay again!

We have a great vacation and the condo was right on the beach. With two little kids, it was nice to not have to carry beach items so far. We also enjoyed Panama and Rosemary areas and they were both convenient. The condo was efficient, clean, and smelt good.

This unit is great

We had a great time at this condo! The view is great from the master bedroom. We enjoyed the lake view as well but the ocean off the balcony is what we come for! The elevators compared to other condos were great! Never a long wait and there were 3 of them so they were never an issue. The pool was great and the view from the pool was so pretty. The maintenance guy at the pool was so nice and so was the lady who worked at Starfish Grill (at the pool). They were so sweet!! Check in was super easy and our communication with Christine was great!! I definitely recommend!

As perfect as it gets!

I loved staying in Christina’s condo. It is light and beachy. To many upgrades to mention. Loved: Built in cabinets in the master. Ceiling fan in the master. Glass tub surround in the master bathroom. Beautiful views from both balconies. Well equipped kitchen. I brought my own Keurig, and was happy that there is one in the kitchen. VERY clean! Can’t wait to return next year!

Great area!

This was our first time staying here. The resort area was nice! The condo was very nice. We loved that it had two balconies! It was also nice that it was two-stories. The condo was clean. Check-in process was very easy. Communication was quick and easy. Easy access to the pool and beach. Easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas if needed.

My family has stayed at Pinnacle Port numerous times, and this was a nice condo. We had plenty of room and enjoy the location and amenities. For this unit, minor cosmetic repairs will likely be needed in the next year (didn’t detract from experience). The condo owner was a great communicator and overall we had a good stay!
