Located on the northwest of Florida, with miles of white-sand beaches, will ensure a quiet and relaxing vacation. While vacationing be sure to check out Pineapple Willy's across the street and try some of their delicious seafood and enjoy some margaritas.

After a day at the beach, relax in the condo, enjoy the 5 pools at the resort, or prepare a family meal in the well-equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living room area. There is a large main bedroom with a King bed, flat screen tv and private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a King bed. The third is a bunk area with twin bed and a shared full bathroom that services the guest bedrooms. The fourth is a queen sleeper sofa. This condo has all the comforts of home and will certainly be a place to make a lifetime of memories!

* There is a one time Resort Fee of $100 (plus Tax) per group to be paid ahead of time to Laketown Wharf separate from any VRBO fees via a link that will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

The resort fee covers wristbands for up to 8 people, includes 2 parking spots, and grants access to all the amenities at Laketown Wharf which includes 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, and fitness center. Wristbands need to be worn during your stay and have smart technology that opens the doors to the pools and fitness center.

Laketown Wharf charges a $100 fee if you lose your wristband and it needs to be replaced.
