This Panama City Beach condo is located in the Sunbird Condominiums and it is directly on the beach with panoramic ocean views and it is steps away from the beach. It boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a lovely king bed. The additional living room space includes a sofa bed for extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking great meals. Guests can enjoy amenities like a fitness room, hair dryer, iron, heating, and AC. Directly on the beach, Sunbird Condominium is located at 9850 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 5 PERSONS, no exception. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation.

The condo is on the 5th floor and it is completely renovated, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bedroom offers a king size bed and a nice size closet and ocean view. Living room has sleep sofa and love seat that is also a sleeper. The living room TV is a Smart TV. Dining area has a table for 4 with direct ocean view, the condo has panoramic views of the ocean from every window.

This condo rental includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS with umbrella.

Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping.
Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are additional beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own.
