"Coastal Sands" Condo 1231 is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and is located on the 12th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 registration fee paid to the resort upon arrival for 2 parking passes & 10 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

And don’t worry about the rest of your group – your guests will be able to stay in one of the 2 guest suites! The first Guest suite is more like a 2nd master with a view of the Gulf, a King bed with comfortable bedding, a smart TV, and it's own ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The 2nd Guest suite has a Queen bed, a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, and its own ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. It's perfect for every age! The full size roll away bed n the guest room closet & the queen sleeper sofa allow this condo to comfortably sleep 10.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. 1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
