The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills. This unit offers 1 King-sized bed, a set of bunk beds, a dining table, a kitchenette with sink, cooktop, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator, a living area with television, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald green waters PCB is so famous for. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach and listen to the waves crash onto the shore. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use. Guests must bring their own. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - Please note, weight restrictions on the bunk beds are 150lb limit on top bunk and 185Ib limit on lower bunk. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under the age of 6 do not use the top bunk due to safety concerns. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
