    This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, two bath condo with a great open floor plan that sleeps 10. New flooring was just installed this Winter and it is wonderful. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, and the third bedroom has a set of bunks with queen size on the bottom and twin on top. there is also a queen Murphy Bed in the common space. The three bedrooms provide great privacy options that you do not have with a two bedroom! This condo also has a wonderful balcony where your family can watch the sunset in an awesome private setting every evening! Come and enjoy!



    Regency Towers is an amazing beach front paradise with sugar-white sand and emerald green water as well as a place of adventure and fun! The experience just can't be beat. Total relaxation is a sure thing at Regency Towers Resort as you recline on the Gulf-front pool deck and sip on your favorite drink from Bikini Bob's Tiki Bar and Grill. Or enjoy the beach chair with umbrella service that is include with your stay. The amenities at Regency Towers are abundant ! When and if you tire of the beautiful beach spend some time at either of the two large pools and also enjoy the indoor jetted hot tub. The billiard room is a favorite family activity and for the exercise enthusiast the state of art workout room is available. The property is gated with a guard at the entrance so security is at a high level. Regency Towers is located at the East End of the beach which is an added plus because traffic is never an issue but you are conveniently located to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. (During summer season) Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!

    At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.



    Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach as there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!



    The location is perfect as Regency Towers is convenient to all the local attractions and the traffic is much less on this East end of the beach. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. We are extending our southern hospitality to you as we want to share our piece of paradise! The room was very clean. The only complaint is that the beds were not that comfortable, and the master bed sounded like it was fixing to fall apart. Kitchen was well stocked and over all the stay was great! We love Regency Towers!

El apartamento en muy mal estado, las paredes sucias, el piso extremadamente sucio en 1 minuto mis hijos tenian los pies negros, la ropa de la cama muy sucia, tuvimos que salir a comprar ropa de cama, la cocina pocos utencilios, los muebles de la sala muy sucios, se sentia muy mal estar de vacciones en un lugar asi, no consigui otro y debimos quedarnos, estando en el apartamento fue una persona a reparar varios daños. El bar son los peores tragos de que haya podido comprar eso basto oara no pedir comida.

Great location out of the rush. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great to have chairs and umbrella provided on the beach. Would definitely stay again. Family and friend trip to relax and fish.

Great Trip with Friends

We had 4 couples which was a little tight, but the unit was beautiful and we made it work. The owners are very quick to respond and very helpful.

The condo was very clean. The noise from the construction and the view from the balcony was definitely the biggest downfall. I was expecting to at least be able to hear the ocean although I knew the view wasn’t going to be the best. But the construction going on outside the room woke us up every morning and made the balcony pretty much un enjoyable. Obviously this is no fault of the condo. But I do think it should be made known a little more and the fee shouldn’t be so much with this type of noise and view. The condo had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a great amenity. Overall was a nice stay

Great family Resort

We loved the balcony view and closeness to pool and beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were a bonus. However, elevators were a nightmare. We all had dirty feet from walking on the floors. Had a couple of issues but reported and hopefully they will be fixed for next renters. Had a wonderful week at RT.

Our stay was good. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. The only thing about this property was other people. Someone threw a watermelon off a balcony, someone pooped in one of the pools, parking was hard to find at night and the security guards were not consistent coming around to reinforce the rules. This is such a shame because people ruin it for everyone. I noticed a lot of younger people(college age) and they were a little loud. Even in the rooms, people take and break stuff. What happens…prices go up so now a lot of people can’t afford it! It also puts the resorts in a bad place because they have to put all these rules in place to control the idiots!! Plus people wright the bad reviews and end up not wanting to stay at the resort again. To all you idiots out there who think it’s funny to throw watermelons off the balconies, poop in the pool, steal and break stuff in the rooms and yell, carryon, and dive into pools and get hurt…..STOP DRINKING and STAY HOME!!! I don’t mean this to be a bad review against the property but unfortunately they got their work cut out for them.

Unit Review

I am not sharing this for publication, but for your benefit. The unit needs some work with the kitchen sink(sprayer/faucet) and counter surface at sink. also, the glass door in the bath has a hinge at top that need some adjustment because the door glass overlaps. This could easily result in a broken glass. We loved the pool area!

Great Stay :)

We had a really great stay. The place was clean and had plenty of space for my boyfriend and our 7 kids from 15 down to 5. The pool was great. Tiki bar staff was super nice. The only thing I wish was better was the quality of kitchen items and a sheet pan available. With 9 people, we did a lot of cooking. I realize a lot of people don't do much cooking while on vacation but with so many people we had to. Also, be aware that an extra cleaning charge will be charged if there are excessive fingerprints on the mirror wall in the living room and kitchen. I didn't see this on the rules paper until it was already too late...kids : I'm not sure we got charged this extra fee yet. Those things said, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to others. If we come back we will definitely book with Sun Kissed Beach Rentals again.

For the cleaning crew

I would have liked the unit to have been a bit more clean. The dining chairs were sticky, and the floor, I had to wash out the floor mops several times before I could use them to wash the floor , I was not impressed that the patio furniture was so grubby, I washed them as well . I also washed the patio door windows and the two bedroom windows . There is a bit of a problem with the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom, it would not switch off

An amazing beach-front property

This location is a gem. This was our first time in Panama City and our expectations were exceeded. The property is in a complex with helpful and kind security guards, enclosed parking lot with many parking spaces, the building has many amenities--3 pools, outdoor showers, pool table, but the main attraction for us was the beach with white sand and pristine blue-green sea. The property itself is spacious, practical, with a gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are well equipped and good size. The kitchen is large and connected to the dining/living room area which is ideal if you want to prep a meal and entertain or watch your kids at the same time. The only downside was that the dishwasher and garbage disposal in the sink did not work properly, but we alerted the owners to the fact. We personally did not mind because it did not affect the quality of our stay. The property provides bedding and a lot of good quality towels, cleaning products, vacuum, broom, etc. The property is located close to a wonderful park, ice cream shops, Wallmart, etc. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided which was very helpful. The beach was not crowded. Our kids saw dolphins in the water one morning. Overall, an awesome place we may be returning to. Thank you for letting us rent it.

Family Trip 2022

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The dishwasher doesn't work, the washing machine leaked, and a couple of doors didn't work properly. The owners were very responsive though and I think they would've fixed if we had asked them. Great location. Quiet area. Karaoke at pool at night was fun!

Paradise at Regency Tower

My family had an absolute wonderful time in Panama City. 604 Regency Tower was very clean and very roomy. We had plenty of room throughout the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We plan on staying at this exact location again.

Updates needed

The master bed is on the verge of falling apart. Needs replacement bad. The tv in the master don't work. Remotes are broken and sticky. Yes sticky. The floors were gross. I understand a little sand. You can't walk from the shower to the any bedroom with your feet turning black. The blinds are missing and need repairs in the master and livingroom. Both sliding glass doors need attention handles broken and hard to open and close. Not happy with any of the other bed very uncomfortable. For what we paid I expected more. Great place, even the elevator's not a big issue. The owner needs to step up and make some changes

Amazing!!!

Pros: The property owners were amazing! They communicated so well and answered every question we had. They fixed any problems we had during our stay. The property was really nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The pools were our favorite thing. There was a warm pool, a cold pool, and a kiddie pool which we loved. The poolside bar was nice to have for drinks and the food was good. The check in was easy and the property is in a good location, not too busy, but not too far from everything. The views from the balcony were fantastic. Cons: The balcony doors were super hard to open. The master shower door was kinda weird so it wet the floor when we showered. We couldn’t find a broom so we had to buy one. Overall this was a perfect place for our yearly vacation. The property owners are top tier, we will definitely be staying again. 10/10 recommend.

The most beautiful sunset views!!!

I brought my extended family down for spring break and we enjoyed our stay very much! Having the 3rd bedroom, murphy bed, and awesome amenities did not disappoint! The balcony was roomy and the perfect view for the sunsets! Having access and view from the main living area and the master bedroom was also a plus! Beach service was also helpful and the management was quick to respond to our questions and easy to communicate with. There is security at the property and we frequently saw them on patrol which was an extra comfort. Over all a beautiful property!

PCB getaway

We had a great time here! Only had a few things we weren't expecting like the constant construction out by the beach forcing us to go to the next property over to enjoy their beach. We also had to be mindful of walking barefoot in the actual property because the floors were not clean and left our feet covered with dirt.
