Welcome to Majestic Towers 1-1302 a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath GULF FRONT condo located on the 13th floor. An open floor plan promotes togetherness, and the floor-to-ceiling windows help to fully unwind with some of the best sunset views. The chef in your group will love the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, then gather around the dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. Unwind after a day at the beach with a movie night in the living room on the flat screen tv or with your favorite beverage of choice on the balcony breathing in the salt air. The master suite features balcony access, a king bed, and en suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The first guest room features a king bed, the second guest room features 2 queen beds, and the third guest room has twin over full bunkbeds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room this spacious condo sleeps up to 13 guests. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.


Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate.
