Who gets the master gulf-front bedroom? Both you and your guests do! This unique floor plan sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 2 master bedrooms that adjoin the balcony and have gulf views! Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, and television. The guest bedroom has been perfectly equipped with 2 queen beds, private access to the guest bathroom, and television for those bedtime movies.
The living room includes balcony access, gulf views, a comfortable sofa and love seat, and 65" HD Smart TV. The dining table seats 5. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with barstools. The fully equipped kitchen includes all that you would need for preparing home cooked meals for your family or guest.
Tropic Winds is located on the west-end of Panama City Beach in a mostly residential area away from high traffic areas but yet only 2 miles from the Pier Park Dining and Entertainment District. You will love our location. Many connecting roads can quickly navigate you from Front Beach Road to the 4-lane Back Beach Road (Hwy 98). Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away or you can walk to Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar. A huge Alvin's Island Gift Shop is also just a short-walk away!
Parking: The property includes a reserved parking space which is conveniently located on the ground floor, under the building, and close to the elevator. During Spring Break and Summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. You may contact us, prior to booking, if you will have more than 2 vehicles. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
