Located near Rosemary Beach, this luxury vacation home is surrounded by pristine sand dunes, a secluded beach, and Camp Helen State Park, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for your next 30A Vacay getaway.



First Floor: Step into a fully equipped kitchen featuring elegant white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining space for 4. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a half bath, a cozy living area, and a balcony. Outdoors, savor alfresco dining, complete with breathtaking gulf views of the pristine shores of 30A. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living area, and balcony creates an inviting space perfect for both entertaining and unwinding after a day at the beach. Living room also features a sleeper sofa.



Second Floor: The master bedroom features a private balcony furnished with 2 lounge chairs, ideal for sunbathing while soaking in panoramic gulf views. Adjacent is the second master bedroom suite, both boasting king-size beds with luxurious linens, full ensuite bathrooms, spa-quality towels, and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. For added convenience, find a laundry closet in the hallway equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer.



Ground Level: On the ground level, you'll find a carport with space for two vehicles, along with 2 adult bikes perfect for exploring the area, and a grill for enjoying outdoor meals.

Construction Update:



Construction activities are currently underway in the vicinity of our property, including areas between the home and the ocean, and within the surrounding community. Please note the following details:



The construction involves three full-lot homes on the first row of our community. At the beginning of the year, we discounted our rates due to these ongoing developments.



Despite the construction, your unit will maintain a picturesque gulf view directly in front, as well as an eastern view overlooking Camp Helen State Park. No construction is planned directly in front of your unit.



As construction varies day-to-day, we cannot predict the exact noise levels during your stay. Please be aware that some noise may occur periodically.



Our property is situated in a dynamic, growing community with ongoing construction of luxury homes nearby.

This unit includes a starter set featuring travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap, along with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and a small pack of dish and laundry pods. For longer stays, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies.
