• Primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the duration of the trip
• Sunday-to-Sunday bookings only during peak summer season (June–August)

• Stays longer than 14 nights require a non-refundable deposit
• During Holiday weeks parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room. Public parking is available for a daily fee and is located off-site, a few miles away.
