Cleanliness is a non-negotiable expection for all Vrbo guests!!
I stayed at this property for 2 nights from 4/29 to 5/1/2024. I made the reservation because of the reviews, so I consider it crucial to leave my reviews so I can alert other potential guests to check out this property before booking and spending their money. Upon arrival, I had to send a text message to the host to obtain information on how to access the building's parking lot and the unit, THE HOST RESPONDED immediately providing this information, however it was not until the second day and after sending him a text message to give us the wifi key, I think all this information should be sent as soon as you pay for the accommodation. Once inside the apartment, the smell that was breathed was pleasant and everything was organized; However, I could feel the dirty floor as soon as I touched it with my bare feet. I think that for every guest it is crucial to find the place where they are going to stay clean and sanitizing, so experiencing the dirt from the floor on my feet, and then on my hands when I touched certain parts of the wood of the bed was very unpleasant but it was not worst. (IF THE SYSTEM ALLOWS ME I WILL SHARE A PHOTO) OF THE SHEET, WHICH WAS NOT ONLY RIPPED BUT ALSO HAD A very unpleasant BLOOD STAIN on it, the curtains in the room were so dirty and stained that it was unpleasant to look at or touch them. (I don't understand how a business that makes so much money doesn't make those who run it aware that there are expenses that are non-negotiable.
