Indulge in a dream, beach vacation at this bright, downtown Carillon Beach condo. Steps from pristine beaches, this one-bedroom offers prime living in the heart of Panama City Beach. The numerous large windows allow provide strong natural lighting and can be opened slider-style to fill the space with cooling breezes. The fully-equipped kitchen comes ready for at-home meals. There's breakfast bar seating for two and a sunny dining table set for four. Unwind with your favorite shows and movies on living room smart TV. Toast happy hour out on the balcony or take a sunset stroll around the lake to cap the evening.

Downtown Carillon is an adorable place to stay. You won't have to venture far to have some fun, so check out the local restaurants and cafes in town before heading to the beach which is also just a few blocks away. Rent a paddleboard for a day on the lake or rent a few bikes and explore the coast! For a bit of hiking on the dunes, check out Camp Helen State Park that sports great trails and stunning views!

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful property, great location, easy access to pools and beach, General Store on Main Street, but grocery stores plus others 2 blocks away. The Vacasa Office is staffed with friendly, helpful associates. Carillon Beach is my favorite destination and Lazy Roux is the perfect choice to ensure a carefree vacation. Highly recommend!

Best Beach Vacation Destination

Everyone should stay here. Lazy Roux 200 accommodations were fantastic. Customer service from Nicky in the office superb. Four pools, lounger and umbrella setup daily by 9am. Truly enjoyed ourselves. DOLLY’s Pirate dinner show was a hit and the tiki sunset/dolphin tour was also a smash. We throughly enjoyed Panama City Beach and look forward to seeing you all again soon hoping for Fourth of July next year or Father’s Day weekend again.

The property itself was great. The only suggestions I have would be to have a comforter or some type of heavier blanket on the bed. Also we weren’t the biggest fans being right next to where they have weddings. They did stop the music by 10 which was good but if we had planned on sleeping in Sunday it wouldn’t have happened because the people were there to take down that wedding tent at 830 and we’re not on the quiet side doing so.

A little get away

Very nice quiet and conveniently located to beach and shopping. there is construction going on around property! There could be some painting done to cabinets and fix door to laundry, otherwise so nice. I will return again.

Will be a nice place to stay - someday

Initially, Vacasa would not respond to messages left on VRBO. So I contacted them directly with questions that I had, specifically about the construction that was going on at Carillon. I was told that the construction would not be a problem. But it was. This area will someday be a cute place to stay - but not right now. Being in the heart of this little downtown area, and the view from the deck of our unit was what led us to stay here. But there is so much renovation going on, and the pictures in the listing don’t show the dumpsters, tarps, scaffolding, etc. that spoil the view we were expecting. Fortunately the workers don’t start early, but there was pounding, sawing, etc almost every day during our week there. Also, this unit looks out on the village green area where they periodically host weddings & concerts. Theoretically they do have to stop at 9PM, but if a nice quiet getaway is important to you, I would keep looking. On the plus side, Our Little Beach Cafe (right below this unit) did a great job for breakfast & lunch, and Lake Powell Pizza across the street was good also. Kudos to Theresa Fryar in Vacasa’s Inlet Beach office, for being responsive to our concerns while we were there!

Great place!

Loved the location and the condo. Definitely recommend! Neighborhood has great beach accesses and pools that are easy to walk to. The condo was nicely set up and well decorated. Gave 4 stars because some of the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before use. Also there is currently some construction going on for neighboring buildings so some of the view from the patio was not quite as charming as we’d expected. But no loud construction noise, so that was good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely condo in the heart of downtown Carillon

Well decorated and comfortable, this condo overlooks the Main Street of downtown Carillon. The cafe for breakfast /lunch is right below and the pizza place with a full bar is directly across the street. You have full access to the pools and neighborhood of Carillon, however...only on foot, bike, or by rented golf cart. (You are not allowed to drive a car past the guard gates, but must park in the downtown parking lot for your stay.)

Perfect spot

This was our 6th visit to Carillon and we loved this condo. It’s a quick walk to the beach and pools. We loved the layout and all the windows! Only negative was the patio furniture should be updated. Otherwise, it was a great spot and we will return!
