Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).

Renovations are currently focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, please note that balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. In addition, certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. These dates should already be reflected on the booking calendar, but we encourage you to contact our team to confirm whether your stay may be affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve the property and uphold its high standards.

-Air Conditioning-

For your comfort, the air conditioning is available year-round. Please do not set the thermostat below 74 degrees during the spring and summer months, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze and may result in service interruptions. To keep the home cool and the system working efficiently, please also do not leave windows or doors open while the AC is operating or it will cause damage to the air-conditioning system.

-Linens and Toiletries Provided-

To ensure you have a relaxing and convenient stay, we provide a thoughtful set of linens and starter amenities:

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs.

Our property is intended for peaceful enjoyment. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.

-Unauthorized Guests-
