B303 is a third-floor unit in Building B with a private parking spot for one vehicle under the building. This two-bedroom standard unit offers a spacious 1050 sq. feet floor plan, that will accommodate up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for your stay in Panama City Beach.

Enjoy the serene view from the balcony, overlooking two (of 3) pools on the property and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool directly in front of the units balcony is heated during many of the cooler months, and access to the beach is easily available from the pool area. Tennis courts are located near Building B for sports enthusiasts.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable for entertainment, along with a sofa that converts into a Queen size sleeper. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide natural light and access to the balcony, showcasing the beautiful Gulf views.

The dining area includes a table seating six and a bar area with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The Master bedroom offers a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player and access to the balcony through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the guest bathroom.

The unit features carpeted bedrooms, dining room, and living room, with tile flooring throughout the rest of the space.
