Top Notch Condo

We highly recommend this condo.This Panama City Beach condo provides an amazing experience due to its prime location, offering easy access to great attractions, restaurants, Pier Park and the upcoming Top Golf near Aqua Resort. The beautifully decorated and very clean unit is well-equipped with all essential amenities. The expansive balcony is a wonderful spot to relax and take in the beautiful water views and sunsets. The provided beach chairs are a significant perk. I highly recommend this condo.

Good location but older building in need of updates.

Pool bottom looked dirty. Decent beach chairs included with our rental but they are way too close to each other and no cup holders. Hard to walk through first row of chairs to get to ocean. No tents in front of chairs rule is not enforced so you never have a good view of ocean. There’s a parking pass kiosk but it would never print our pass. Good location to pier park.

We were fortunate enough to see the air show from our balcony. The colors in this room are everything I love. Fully stocked with all the best dishes, pots and pans. Ice maker made plenty of ice. Right next to the elevator that only services floors 1 - 3. Will definitely be back. No complaints at all.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well the unit was not very clean upon arriving, so we had to do some of our own cleaning and was missing linens for sofa bed. The location & view awesome! Accomadations in general were okay. The real issue with the stay was the fact myself and whole family received severe bug bites from the unit that left us constantly itching/scratching, which made it uncomfortable getting sleep/rest at night. Very disappointing aspect of the trip and very annoying.

The beds are very comfortable, has a large balcony, with perfect view of the gulf, the pool, and the pier. The resort was very clean for the most part, the only space that could’ve been better is the bathrooms near the larger pool, they were in need of attention. The pools are beautiful, very clean, but additional lounge chairs would be nice. And the little café/coffee shop had wonderful sandwiches, and the staff was very lovely. The Aqua is in a great location, close to many restaurants, and within walking distance of Pier Park. We couldn’t ask for a better location and we will definitely be back. It does have some great features. Great kitchen and bath w large walk-in shower, king mattress was pretty comfy. Living room sofa is horribly uncomfortable, cushions sunk in to the hard bars of the sofa sleeper underneath making the couch and loveseat a deep uncomfortable hole. Needs to be replaced. Unit was clean but floors were filthy, 5 min. of walking barefoot and our feet were as black as soot. Rug on patio has curled up edges that are a definite trip hazard. We love Aqua but would not rent this unit again.

Beautiful Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy to book with the Aqua online. Easy customer service as well. I called to double check a few things and the phone was answered promptly and questions were easily answered. The unit came with chair rentals and umbrella which made our beach experience with a toddler so lovely. The gentlemen on the beach were also very complimentary in sitting our chairs with other members of our party. My only negative of the condo would be that it could have been cleaner. The cabinetry and all figurines needed a good wipe down and the floor hadn't been vacuumed or mopped recently. The cabinetry had residual drink spillage on the front and the floor had spots where you could tell it hadn't been cleaned recently. Other than that, it was the perfect location with amazing views and a beautifully redone and decorated space. Will definitely search for this condo in the future!
