All of our one bedroom units have full bath features a comfortable KING-size bed fresh linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room area includes a queen-size sofa, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner for two.

Great location with a modern apartment! The room was steps from the beach access and we loved the fact that it was homes along that particular stretch so it wasn’t so crowded. We have always preferred the east end of PCB and its location to our favorite restaurants. We also loved the king size bed, great TVs, and a very clean room.

Inviting and Relaxing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the ocean was just steps away, right across the street. Beach access was easy and convenient. Joyce and Richard came onsite to check if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We had a fabulous stay and are already planning our next visit with them! It’s also pet-friendly, so we were happy to bring our fur baby along—a definite plus!

Great beach place!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Super close to the beach and steps away from the pool. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Richard and Joyce are very accommodating and nice folks to chat with. Would definitely stay again. Being pet friendly was a plus as well.

Great stay

We were greeted by great host. They were super friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Pool was so clean. We loved the easy access to the beach. If I had any negative it would be the air has a hard time getting back to the bathroom. Might want to consider adding a box fan. But we will definitely be back.

Great spot!

This place was fantastic! Right across the street from multiple public access points, with limited parking so the beach was pretty much wide open to only the people staying in the neighborhood. The only small critique I have is that the bedroom/bathroom gets pretty toasty due to no central AC, so if you’re a hot sleeper, it can get a little warm. A small window unit in the back would fix that issue easy! Other than that, this place was absolutely perfect! Fantastic location in the middle of PCB shoreline, beautiful/updated finishes, very clean, and great amenities!

Great property

My husband and I took our first venture out since the onset of Covid. The beach was a perfect choice. This property is just a few feet away from the water which was fantastic - no busy streets to cross! The property itself served our needs. Very very clean. Living area with TV. Full kitchen with island. Bedroom with TV and bath. We had a wonderful stay.
