The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we had no complaints about the space. However, the overall check-in and check-out experience left a lot to be desired.We were informed that check-in would be after 4:00 PM CST, with a note that during peak season or holidays it could be as late as 6:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, we still hadn’t received any communication about a delay. I had to call myself, and while the representative I spoke to was apologetic and explained the inspector was running behind, it was frustrating to be left waiting with no updates—especially after a full day of travel with two young children.Around 6:30 PM, we finally received a call saying we could enter the property without the inspection being completed. At that point, we had no choice—we couldn’t keep our kids waiting in the car any longer.Then came checkout day, and the issues continued. Despite the stated checkout time of 10:00 AM, our access code was reset before then, and we had to call just to get back into the unit to finish packing. To make matters worse, on the morning of check-in, I received a message asking for my estimated checkout time—before I had even arrived!The lack of communication, inconsistent timing, and overall poor coordination made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. The room was fine, but the way everything else was handled was disappointing and unprofessional.
