The Red House in Serenbe w/ Golf Cart

This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Red Gumball cottage is located in a desirable hamlet within the Serenbe community. It is designed to help you blend with the natural environment, with 4 decks and direct access to the woods and lake in the back of the house. It is toddler friendly with safety features and gates installed at all stairs. Comes with a golf cart for you to experience the true Serenbe resident experience.


TV
All TVs are Smart TV's that are equipped with LG Channels app to get all local channels. They also include apps to sync your streaming services to (Netflix, Hulu, Max, Prime Video). Please be sure to sign out of any personal streaming services during checkout.

BEDS
- Upstairs Primary Bedroom: King & 1 Crib (remote control for electronic shades lives on the shelves to the left of the King Bed - please be sure to leave on shelf after each use and prior to departure)
- Upstairs Guest Bedroom: 1 Bunk bed - both single sized.
- Main Floor Bedroom: King
- Downstairs Bedroom: 4 Built in bunks - all twin sized (Please be mindful that bunks do not have guardrails, use top bunks cautiously and at your own risk)

COFFEE MAKER
Philips L'OR Barista. It has single serve pods (the large or the small pods both work) You can use either or both!
