Upon entering your home you will be greeted with a family room area with plenty of seating for those looking to relax after a long day. The living room area also features plenty of comfortable seating around the electric fireplace and also features a 32inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen boasts beautiful cabinets, counter seating, and updated appliances. The dining area is well-situated and private with enough seating for six. The home also has a kitchen nook off the kitchen for additional seating. The best part of this home is the screened in lanai and pool area. Relax in the privacy of a home at your very own pool. The lanai flaunts a sitting area as well as four lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sunshine.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and showcases a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and private master bathroom. The master bath is equipped with a soaker tub, dual vanity, and walk-in shower. The second and third guest bedrooms showcase a queen size bed with one of them having another TV for your use. The den area that has been converted for sleeping flaunts a desk area and full-size bed. Again, this den does not have a closet space. This home offers it all and provides plenty of space for the whole family! Also included with this rental is a full laundry set up, free Wi-Fi, linens, and kitchen equipment for your use. Pool heating is optional, for an additional fee.
