Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross aber sehr "abgelebt". Das Fenster schloss nicht richtig und so hörte man den nahen Highway deutlich. Überall waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Der Teppich im Flur ist durchgelaufen und schmutzig. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das Parkieren kostet 15$ pro Nacht. Das geht gar nicht! Beim Einkaufscenter nebenan wäre es gratis gewesen....

Forced entries to my room, knocking on my door from 2am - 7am, police called, four hours for a room switch, contruction issues. Not the stay I expected

Had an absolutely awesome breakfast, hotel was extremely clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the maid forgot to clean out the fridge from the previous occupants so it was full of garbage but room was clean other than that, bed was fine for the quality of hotel. We were there for only about 12 hours so didn’t really see what was around but appeared to be in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We’ll stay here again if we ever travel to Palmdale again

you all should think about changing toilet paper because it feels like sandpaper on it uncomfortable. We had an issue with the toilet, not flushing and the front desk. No one came to service the toilet as of the day we left we had to put our own hand in the toilet, and use it as a pump out the toilet it was disgusting maintenance service sucks

The staff was possibly the friendliest I have ever encountered and I stay in quite a few hotels! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast area was very inviting. Good job!

Undisclosed fees. Drinks and snacks were a joke. Paid twelve dollars a day for a bottle of water and a small package of craisins. Right near freeway and numerous businesses. Numerous homeless individuals in area. Little to no airflow in hotel on warm day. Halls dimly lite. Little water pressure. Breakfast area seating limited.

The staff was GREAT! The full breakfast was SUPERB! The mattress was very lumpy and felt a spring in my back all night. Also would be nice to just pay a flat rate for parking. 2 nights cost me an additional 30.00 for non-secure or covered parking.
