There is an additional pull out couch in The Den. Making for a total of 7 Beds. The Kitchen has it all, coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, wine rack, dishes, Vita-mix, utensils. The home has SONOS speakers in all the living spaces. All the TVs in the home are smart with Netflix, Amazon and you have full Direct TV Line up including HBO, Showtime & ESPN. The Living Room has Apple TV and a fire stick. You also have a BBQ with 2 propane tanks. All of the bathrooms have plenty of towels extra sheets and bedding in all the closets. Some additional items to note:

1. The use of the jacuzzi heat is included in your stay, if you would like to have the pool heated it will be an additional $150 per day.

2. Palm Springs is very strict with outdoor noise. If any noise complaints come from neighbors the city will dispatch vacation rental ordinance officers to th home and you will be fined 500 dollars, there is no warning ! This is your warning.

3. There are no parties or events allowed unless proper permits are requested through the city of Palm Springs.
