The Colony Enclave - #1 Hideaway in Palm Springs

The Colony Enclave is one of the more unique properties in Palm Springs and has been described as "A Playful Oasis". Located just on the outskirts of Downtown, it feels like you're right on the edge of civilization and the stars shine just a little brighter. All that Downtown Palm Springs has to offer is just a few miles away . Enjoy the six beach cruisers that will take you wherever you want to go. The 15-foot hedge provides complete privacy without blocking the spectacular views.

Located in the upscale Desert Estates neighborhood. The Colony Enclave boasts one of the most majestic views of the San Jacinto Peak. The property includes six beach cruisers and biking maps, indoor shuffleboard table, a rotating art gallery on display, a poker table, board games, and a poolside Cornhole set. There is also an 8-person spa, a backyard pool with a cabana-style lounge area, a fire pit, BBQ area and a gourmet kitchen. Unlike most Palm Springs properties, there is no additional fee to heat the pool. Year round pool heat is yours to enjoy free of charge.

Whether you're simply here for some R&R by the pool, or you're looking for some friendly competition at one of the many gaming areas, there is something for everyone at the Colony Enclave!

The entire Colony Enclave property is yours to enjoy. There is a private area just outside the main yard area that is very secluded and is perfect for morning yoga sessions and late night star gazing. There is a two-car garage and laundry for your convenience. The new BBQ and outdoor fire pit are also there for you to enjoy. There is a desk and printer in one of the rooms if you need it, although working at the Colony Enclave is discouraged :-)

It is with great joy that I am now opening my home in the desert for both old friends and new friends to enjoy. During your stay, my offsite staff and I will be available to address any concerns or needs that you may have.I hope that you will enjoy the Colony Enclave as much as I have. I'm sure you will find your own inspiration in watching the amazing sunsets, dipping in the crystal pool, watching the hummingbirds go about their business, and enjoying the company of the crew you are with.

When entering Palm Springs, you will see the Visitor Center and parking lot for the San Jacinto Tramway on the right. We are located just two miles to the east in the upscale Desert Estates neighborhood. The Colony Enclave is located at the end of a cul de sac and sits on a 10,000 square foot lot so there is no through traffic. You can feel the open space around you. The views from the back of the property are nothing short of breathtaking. .

The heart of Downtown Palm Springs is typically a 5 minute Uber / Lyft ride away. Drivers are plentiful and usually arrive within five minutes. It's an easy peddle on the beach cruisers if you're up for a little exercise.

The property is completely enclosed and should be fine for well-behaved pets. There is a $50 pet fee for our furry friends. As long as there is no hair on furniture or any stains, no additional fees will be witheld from the deposit.

Once you enter the property, the House Guide will be on the dining room table with all house details. Whether it's advice on where to golf, where to hike, bike, dine, go site-seeing, or spa, I'll be happy to be your local resource for suggestions.
All Guests who are the "responsible party" on the booking must be at least 25 years old

There are no parties or events allowed.

No outdoor speakers or excessive noise. Per Palm Springs, no music can be heard from any property line. If a neighbor call the Palm Springs Short Term Rental Compliance Department, there will be an automatic $500 fine issued to the guests. Guests may be asked to leave.

No confetti allowed on the property. It destroys the pool system.

No tape on walls for decorations of any kind.
